Watson Edwards is an Educator and Co-Coordinator at Radford University in the Clinical Simulation Center. He has over 15 years of medical simulation experience including simulation curriculum design and assessment. Watson graduated from Virginia Tech in 1996 with a degree in Exercise Physiology and a degree in Nursing from Radford University in 2000. He practiced emergency nursing for the majority of his career including trauma care, leadership, and education. Watson is inspired to assist in the development of future nurses to deliver safe, quality care. In addition to being faculty at Radford University, Watson is actively pursuing his DNP degree with a focus in Family Nurse Practitioner. He also enjoys outdoor activities, golf, fitness, and photography.
