I worked as a computer programmer for 28 years at Bell Labs, Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Hewlett-Packard before I retired from HP and software development in 2005. I taught computer science and information systems for 12 years at Radford University before I retired from Radford and teaching in 2018.
