I have served in the healthcare profession for the last 32 years, with 20 of those years being a registered nurse. I have a very diverse background that includes trauma, critical care, mental health and management. I joined the Radford University family in August of 2022 after much experience as an adjunct clinical instructor and nursing retention specialist at Radford University and Southwest Virginia Community College. I am also currently pursuing my Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Radford University and expect to assume the title of Alumni in 2025.
