Dr. Biermeier-Hanson is a faculty member in the Department of Management at Radford University. He previously was a member of the Department of Psychology at Radford University as part of the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program. Dr. Biermeier-Hanson has published numerous peer-reviewed publications in journals such as the Journal of Business & Psychology, the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, and Work, Aging, and Retirement, with several papers earning Editor's Commendation awards. He currently serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Vocational Behavior.
